Catherine Jaroszek (IIHHT) Fdsc – Qi-gong instructor and Complementary Practitioner

Catherine Jaroszek (IIHHT) Fdsc – Qi-gong instructor and Complementary Practitioner

Catherine has been practicing complementary medicine (CAM) for 17 years, working in different settings. During her 6 years working in the NHS as a support worker she decided that preventative and supportive intervention such as CAM, to maintain an individual’s health and wellbeing, could work alongside conventional medicine. This led her into studying and pursuing a career in CAM.

She undertook her training at Stoke On Trent College (previously Cauldon College) and Staffordshire University. Catherine is a joint coordinator for her local Federation of Holistic Therapists (FHT), meetings and is passionate about promoting CAM and self care. She receives ongoing Complementary therapies, Psychotherapy/supervision and Body work.

Catherine believes that with the right modality, guidance, and willingness to accept change, that our bodies with their innate knowing can allow mental, physical and spiritual healing to take place.
Catherine looks forward to offering new and existing clients, a holistic, confidential, tailor-made treatment plan that is unique to their health and wellbeing.
