Kinesiology

Karen trained with The Association of Systematic Kinesiology.  After seeing the huge benefits that people close to her had experienced through Kinesiology, Karen started to investigate the practice and in October 2017 began training to be a Kinesiologist.  Since then, Karen has experienced and witnessed amazing shifts in the health and wellbeing of many people, including herself. “Kinesiology never ceases to amaze me!”

Kinesiology can help with most health and wellbeing issues. It treats the person as an individual, not just the symptoms. Using muscle testing, Kinesiology gets to the root cause of whatever issues you may be experiencing.

Often the symptoms we experience are not where the problem lies. Kinesiology takes away the guess work, finds out exactly what your body needs to fix the issue, and provides you with a full balance. It balances you mentally, physically, chemically and emotionally, and often people experience huge shifts in their wellbeing from their first visit.

Kundalini Yoga

Karen has been practicing Kundalini Yoga for 7 years and completed the KYI Kundalini Yoga Teacher Training Level 1 with I-Sky in July 2018.  

Kundalini Yoga is a powerful practice that combines movement, mantra, breathing and meditation. It is unlike any other form of yoga and is suitable for all levels of fitness and flexibility. Kundalini Yoga was brought to the West in the 1960’s by Yogi Bhajan to help us with the turbulent transition into the Aquarian Age. Kundalini Yoga is a technology designed to strengthen your nervous system to help you cope with the ever-increasing stresses of life. It awakens the Kundalini energy that lies dormant at the base of your spine. When this energy is awoken, you feel more present, aware and conscious. It is from this place of awareness that you can start to live the life that you are supposed to.

Karen offers both group and private sessions.

Manifesting Coaching

Karen is passionate about helping people to create a life they love. Karen coaches clients how to develop the mindset to manifest their desires, no matter how big or small they are or how impossible they seem. Karen teaches the principles of Law of Attraction, and offers tools, advice and guidance on how to implement them into every day life. She coaches clients by keeping them focused, motivated and holding them accountable when ‘real life’ gets in the way.

Karen is a qualified teacher 12 years’ experience of adult education, an MA in Education, a Post Graduate Certificate in Higher and Professional Education, and an NLP Diploma Certificate.
