Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT)

CBT, or cognitive-behavioural therapy, is a widely-used form of psychotherapy which is used to examine and resolve specific problems and behaviours, and the ways we think and act in the present moment. It has been proven to be effective for stress, anxiety, eating disorders, addictions, and many other problems experienced by people in their everyday lives. CBT sets out to understand and change unhelpful thoughts and behaviours, or to help people to find better ways of coping.
