ABOUT US

Welcome to Torus Wellbeing Clinic

Complementary health services can be useful for many chronic conditions, stress related illnesses, depression and those overwhelmed by life’s circumstances.

Nicola has a wealth of experience to share with you and can offer individualised sessions to suit your needs. Nicola has the capacity to listen deeply and is supportive, and will work with you, to help you create or meet your health goals.

Our Ethos

Here at Torus Wellbeing Clinic we believe that health is always present, yet sometimes we lose connection to our health and inner resources. This disconnection presents itself in different ways in our lives, through symptoms in our body or mind and in the way we relate to ourselves and others.  We will help you to integrate the story of your life so that you can become happier and healthier.

Evaluating what we do – patient reported outcomes?

Evaluating practice by assessing treatment outcomes is an important way for practitioners to increase the effectiveness of their work. Torus Wellbeing Clinic is committed to evaluating our work and measuring changes in health and wellbeing of our clients. Therefore, from time to time you may be asked to complete a questionnaire before session one and at the start of session three. This is optional, if you do not wish to take part please do let the practitioner know if they request you complete a patient reported outcome measure (a health questionnaire). We will issue our outcome reports annually.
