REFLEXOLOGY

I am a qualified reflexologist with over 20 years of experience.  I have been supporting  clients with a range of symptoms such as hormone imbalances, symptoms of the menopause, IBS, stress and much more.

Reflexology can help with a range of symptoms including:

What is Reflexology?

Reflexology is an ancient practice that dates to around 2300BC.  Using different levels of pressure applied to the feet or hands stimulate sensors in the body which leads to improved blood and energy circulation. This encourages the body’s natural healing process and can relieve stress and tension built up in your body.

Reflexology can help with a range of symptoms including:

What to expect from a session?

In our first session I will ask about your general health and wellbeing and address any concerns.  It is important that we establish what you hope to gain from your session whether this is to elevate pain, boost energy levels or improve circulation or something else, or if you have any questions about your treatment. I may feel that other approaches would be beneficial to your treatment that will enhance your recovery as we can discuss those at the time.

After the initial consultation I will ask you to remove your socks and shoes and will carry out an initial examination before I proceed.  Some pressure points may feel more tender than others, but the treatment will not be painful.  After the session you should feel relaxed and calm.

In my experience benefits range from person to person but you should start to see improvements after the first few sessions.  It is important to drink plenty of water over the next 24 hours to flush out any toxins.
