Qi-Gong

Qi-Gong is an ancient Chinese form of meditation and exercise aiming to bring together the union of mind and body. The term Qi-Gong means creation of energy through movement. Qi, or energy flow through our body naturally but sometimes there can be stagnation. This stagnation can result in physical pain and discomfort, as well as a disorganised mind.

Qi-Gong is a very slow and gentle form of exercise that can be done sitting or standing and is extremely relaxing. In these classes,  you will be guided through the movements with a background of beautiful Chinese sounds to build calm your busy mind.
