Yoga

The word ‘Yoga’ comes from the ancient Sanskrit word ‘Yuk’ which translates as ‘yolk’. Just as an egg binds things together, the practice of yoga helps to bring the elements of our mind, body and spirit together as one.

Yoga teaches us that we are all one, we all come from the same energy source, that connects us all, and through meditation we realise this fundamental truth. We have forgotten over time, to listen to our intuitive self but thought he practice of yoga, we create a calm mind. Through this, we re-gain the ability to listen to our inner self. Yoga teaches us to listen and follow our inner guide.
