Kinesiology – Emotional Releasing using Muscle Testing online consultation

During an online Emotional Releasing session Karen Goodchild our Systematic Kinesiologist will use muscle testing to identify the exact emotions that are ready to be released. She can find out exactly when they became trapped, where in the body they are, and then very simply and quickly release them. Online Emotional Releasing sessions last between 40-60 minutes, depending on the amount of emotions the body ready to release. Craniosacral Therapy (CST) – Working in the ‘field’ off the body, online consultations available

Dr Nicola Brough, Craniosacral Therapist has offered remote sessions since 2006 and has worked with people as far as Australia, Switzerland and United States.  CST can be used to reduce stress in the nervous system and enable the recipient to access a state of inner calm.  Sessions will be for 60 minutes.  For more information or to book a session contact:

In response to the current COVID-19 situation we have had to adjust the services we offer.

Looking after our health and wellbeing is more important than ever the Team at Torus are here to help. From Monday 30thMarch 2020 we will be working remotely to continue to support you in ways we can. This might be via phone, Zoom, Skype or other online means that work for you.

The services include Psychotherapy, Counselling, Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Life Coaching, Parenting Support (Triple P, Positive Parenting Programme) Nutritional Therapy, Online Yoga 1-2-1 and classes, Online Qi-gong 1-2-1 and classes.  Online support groups facilitated by fully trained therapists. Reiki, Kinesiology and Craniosacral Therapy sessions are also available remotely.

Beginners Yoga Course – online

Tuesday’s 7pm – 8.15pm – This beginners class includes pranayama (breathing), asanas (postures), visualisation (imagination) and relaxation. Making Yoga accessible to everyone a non-competitive, gentle approach is shared, enabling a deeper understanding of mind and body.
